In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the gilibb platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or false accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gilibb promotions include:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or exploiting technical errors to claim promotions in excess of stated entitlements.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets with knowledge of match outcomes obtained through improper means, or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of any sporting event.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, odds display errors, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim payouts to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access any gilibb system, database, account, or administrative interface without authorization.

gilibb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where gilibb has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• The Player has failed to satisfy or has misrepresented eligibility requirements.
• Account activity poses a risk of financial crime, money laundering, or fraud.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a problem gambler.
• Regulatory requirements or a lawful government order requires account restriction.

Upon account closure due to a Terms violation, gilibb reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request for non-violation reasons, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
